Most sign-in problems fall into one of these buckets:

• Wrong password. Use the reset password flow.
• Email not verified. See I did not get my verification email.
• Cookies disabled. Optionistics requires a session cookie. Re-enable cookies for optionistics.com in your browser and try again.
• Account blocked. Repeated failed sign-in attempts trigger a short-lived lockout. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact us.
